This week’s quote comes from a recent meeting that hit close to home. Last week, I met with the new owner's of an organization our family has worked with for more than a decade.  For various reasons, the meeting was a breath of fresh air. He had new ideas, a new direction and a passion that had been lacking from leadership. At the conclusion of the meeting, I said I wished I had met him 10 years ago. To which he replied, "They say the best time to plant a tree is 10 years ago; the second best time is today."

I’ve heard the phrase several times (as have you), but this time it was perfect and has obviously stuck with me. It’s a reminder that no matter where we’ve been or what challenges we’ve faced, we can take meaningful action today to create a better future.

When I reflect on this quote, I think about the two major growth opportunities we’re prioritizing this year: launching The Ripple Network app and expanding our Amazon services. Both initiatives are like planting trees that we expect to bear fruit not just in the coming months, but for years to come.

The Ripple Network has already shown its potential to connect brands with a diverse ecosystem of influencers. But launching a dedicated app will take this idea to the next level. While we could look back and wish we had started this process years ago, the reality is that today presents the perfect opportunity. We’re excited to see firsthand the fruits of our labor, as influencer and content marketing drive conversions in real time. This dynamic process will not only shape how we develop content but also refine how we partner with influencers. These efforts feed each other, creating a continuous cycle of improvement that ultimately enhances Amazon conversions.

Again, the timing feels ideal. With Amazon constantly innovating its tools for brands and creators, we’re doubling down on our expertise to help clients turn this platform into a revenue powerhouse. It’s a strategic investment in growth, one that aligns with both the market’s trajectory and our mission to deliver measurable results.

Of course, we’re not starting from scratch. Over the past few years, we’ve nurtured relationships, honed our strategies, and built a reputation for delivering creative, data-driven campaigns. These roots provide the stability and nourishment our new “trees” need to thrive.
